Gluten Free Sausage Baguette Sandwich

Here is the most recent sausage Baquette I made with Astoria Mills White Bread - Mix #7.

So yummy I just had to take a couple of photographs to show you.

Here is the most recent sausage Baquette I made with Astoria Mills White Bread - Mix #7.

So yummy I just had to take a couple of photographs to show you.

For the sandwich filling I used a cooked gluten free sausage. Here is the filling from the bottom up:

Butter bottom of Baguette, add some gf Mayo and layer with fresh baby lettuce leaves and fresh cilantro. Place the cooked sausage on top and a generous slice of Mozzarella cheese. Place in the microwave for a few seconds to melt cheese. Squirt some gf mustard on top, more Mayo and lastly place the top of the Baguette on top.

Slice, admire, enjoy!
